AUMC|Geckos
Aston University Mountaineering Club (AUMC) caters for a wide spectrum of activities that includes boldering, sport & traditional climbing, trekking, peak bagging, scrambling and alpine mountaineering. We climb several times a week on indoor walls and hold a full calendar of events throughout the year. New members, and especially novice climbers are welcome!
The Geckos are alumni of the university and veterans of the club. The Geckos are dispersed throughout the land and so organization is often informal to the extreme. Despite this we remain an active group and climb as much as possible.
